Classes re-start 7th/8th September 2013Posted on 24 Aug 2013
Our classes re-start on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th September.
At Performers we teach children and teenagers how to act, dance and sing.
Classes are kept small to ensure lots of individual attention by our experienced teachers who have been carefully selected for their enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.
Our classes help young people gain confidence, stretch themselves, and develop essential life skills while learning how to act, dance and sing.
We arrange informal sharings of work during the year and there are opportunities to take part in a variety of shows and performances. There are also opportunities to take exams or participate in festivals. Our students regularly appear in professional productions at the Liverpool Empire Theatre. Recent professional productions include Evita, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jekyll & Hyde and Annie. Some students also appear in pantomimes throughout the city during December and January. We have excellent industry links and regularly arrange workshops with professional actors, dancers, directors and choreographers.
Whether you want to boost your child's confidence, give them a creative outlet where they will make new friends and have fun or help them to take the first steps towards a career in the theatre, we can help.
Our classes are suitable for ALL abilities and we welcome students between the age of 2 and 19.

Sian was a student at Performers and is now in her 3rd year of a musical theatre degree at Trinity Laban. She is currently workshopping two new musicals and looking forward to graduating. Sian would not be where she is without Miss Suzanne, Nick and Sam. We have such lovely fun memories of Performers. Performers is an inclusive fun school which cares about their students and prepare them for careers in and out of the theatre world - Angela Allen, Parent.
